Welcome to FrequentFan. These Website Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at www.frequentfan.com (the “Site”), which is owned and operated by Frequent Fan Inc. (“FrequentFan,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By accessing or using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.

1. About FrequentFan

Frequent Fan Inc is a technology company that provides loyalty, rewards, and experience-fulfillment services to financial institutions, loyalty program operators, brands, sports leagues, teams, athletes, and merchants (collectively, “Partners”).

FrequentFan is not a bank, financial institution, money transmitter, or issuer of loyalty currency or financial products. We do not issue rewards, hold consumer funds, custody balances, or provide banking, insurance, financial advisory, legal, or investment services.

Any loyalty points, rewards, credits, benefits, or balances referenced in connection with FrequentFan services remain the property, obligation, and liability of the applicable issuing institution or program sponsor (“Issuing Institution”).

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the terms, rules, or agreements of an Issuing Institution or loyalty program, the issuer’s terms shall control.

This Site is a corporate and informational website and does not itself provide consumer reward redemption, account management, or financial services

2. Eligibility and Authorized Use

This Site is intended for individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By using this Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and are legally capable of entering into these Terms.

If you access the Site on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. Website Data Collection and Use

This Site is informational in nature. FrequentFan does not collect, store, or request bank account details, login credentials, loyalty account numbers, reward balances, or issuer-specific identifiers through this Site.

We may collect limited personal information (such as your name, email address, or resume information) only if you voluntarily submit it through contact, partnership inquiry, or careers forms. This information is used solely for responding to inquiries, evaluating business opportunities, or recruitment purposes.

Where FrequentFan processes data in connection with partner loyalty programs or reward fulfillment outside of this Site, such processing occurs solely pursuant to partner instruction and applicable contractual and data protection agreements.

FrequentFan facilitates reward fulfillment only under issuer-approved workflows and instructions

FrequentFan is not responsible for the availability, value, timing, modification, substitution, or delivery of rewards issued by partners or Issuing Institutions.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience only. FrequentFan does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, policies, products, or practices.

Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties
